Child Care Connections is supported by the Department of Human Services. Applications are accepted year-round. Awards are based on family size, income, and work or school schedule. Processing takes approximately 30 days.

Preschool Open Doors

Preschool Open Doors is supported by the Department of Human Services. Application periods vary. Priority is given to children with special needs. Processing time depends on the application period.

Keiki o Ka 'Aina

Keiki o Ka ʻĀina is supported through grants including the HELP for Child Care tuition assistance program. Application periods vary. Awards are available to children of Hawaiian, Alaska Native, and Native American ancestry and are income-based.

Pauahi Keiki Scholars Program

NACCRRA

NACCRRA is supported through the federal government. Applications are accepted year-round. Awards are available to children of active-duty military and reservists who are deployed or unable to access military child care in their area. Award amounts are based on rank and income. Processing takes approximately 1-2 weeks.

Seagull Schools Tuition Aid Program
The Seagull Tuition Aid Program provides scholarships to help qualifying families offset the cost of tuition. The program is funded by Seagull Schools with support from our donors.

To be considered, families must demonstrate that they have also applied for other available subsidies or tuition aid. An internal committee reviews all qualifying applications.
