Donja Morton
Donja Morton was raised as a military child across Hawaiʻi and many mainland states, and considers Hawaiʻi home. She brings decades of experience in early childhood education, with a Master's in Early Childhood Education (Curriculum and Instruction), a Bachelor's in Business Management, and an Associate's in Elementary Education. That combination of instructional and operational expertise shapes how she leads Ocean Pointe.
Donja is passionate about supporting children, families, and the educators who make early learning communities work. Outside of Seagull, she volunteers with Shriners, bringing care and connection to the children and families they serve. She's also an avid pickleball player who uses the sport as a way to build community and bring people together.
A mother of three adult children, Donja loves traveling with her husband and spending time with family and close friends. Her work is guided by gratitude, purpose, and a belief in the transformative power of early childhood education.
