Food Service

Every day, Seagull's kitchen team prepares more than 800 fresh meals across our six campuses. Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are included for every enrolled child at no extra cost, made on-site through the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

We believe mealtime is learning time. Children serve themselves family-style, building independence, coordination, and social skills with every plate. Our campuses grow banana, avocado, coconut, ulu, kalo, mango,'uala, and papaya on-site, connecting children to the food that nourishes them. And our No Candies policy keeps the focus on whole, healthy foods that fuel growing bodies.

Seagull is a Blue Zone Project Approved worksite and one of only 16 childcare centers nationally (out of more than 6,000) recognized by the Let's Move! Child Care initiative for meeting all five best-practice benchmarks in childhood nutrition and physical activity.

Meet the Food Service Manager

Alejandro Enderica
