• Application Fee

  A non-refundable $50 application fee is required when you submit your online application.

• Comprehensive Fee

  A $300 comprehensive fee is charged at the time of enrollment and again each August to cover administrative and classroom supply costs for the new school year. Families who enroll after August pay a prorated amount.

• Deposit

  When your child is scheduled for enrollment, one full month's tuition is required as a deposit to secure their spot. This deposit is non-refundable but stays on your child's account and is applied to their final month's tuition, provided all outstanding fees are settled and you've submitted a written 30-day withdrawal notice. For details on the notice process and how the final month is determined, check your Family Handbook or contact your Center Director.

• Late Fees

  Tuition late fees: Payments received after the 10th of the month incur a $40 late fee. If tuition remains unpaid after the 10th, your child will not be admitted until the balance is settled. If paid by the 15th, your child is re-admitted. If not paid by the 15th, Seagull reserves the right to withdraw the student and forfeit the deposit.
  
  Pick-up late fees: Please pick up your child by the campus closing time. A $30 fee applies for every 15 minutes (or portion) past closing. After three late pick-ups in a school year, the fee increases to $50 per 15-minute increment.
  
  If a parent is more than one hour late and has not made arrangements, we are required to contact Child Welfare Services (CWS) at 808-832-5300.
